Jotem

Terms of use

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BrewingStack Technologies Inc. (“we”) for using Jotem. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use Jotem. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Households

Anyone you invite to your household can see and change its tasks, lists and photos. Only invite people you trust. Household owners can remove members.

Your content

You own what you add to Jotem. You give us permission to store and display it to you and your household so the service works. Don’t add anything illegal or that you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Jotem: no attempts to access other households, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harass anyone.

Paid features

Jotem is free. If we offer paid features in future, they’ll be sold through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and we’ll show the price before you buy.

Availability

We work to keep Jotem running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copy of anything critical (Settings → Export). To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app first.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can’t be waived.
